Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (where possible)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
• Gift Cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at information@mrk.studio with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
