Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays, or new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout or free over a certain order value (if applicable)

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
Cost: Higher rate, shown at checkout

We aim to dispatch all express orders placed before our daily cut-off time on the same day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 5–10 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
